Modernization of an existing fish milling production line on behalf of Zoonomi A.V.E.E
Specifically, the operations included:
- Procurement and installation of an Andritz mixer
- Procurement of an additional Andritz Conditioner and its installation in the extruder line.
- Procurement and installation of special transport systems for the smooth conveyance of the product after the completion of the ripening procedure.
The project aimed to improve the quality and homogeneity of the final product as well to increase the efficiency of the entire facility.
